Oath of directors. — Said directors shall, before entering upon their duties, take and subscribe the oath prescribed by the constitution of this state, and that they will faithfully, honestly and impartially discharge their duties as directors, according to law, which oath shall be filed in the office of the county in which said directors may be appointed.
