227.786. Captain David Dorn Memorial Highway designated for a portion of State Highway 180 in St. Louis. — The portion of State Highway 180 from Interstate 170 continuing to Kienlen Avenue shall be designated as "Captain David Dorn Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
