Receptacle cleaned and returned to distributor. — Every person receiving milk, cream or ice cream from a manufacturer or distributor of the same in cans, bottles or other vessels which are to be returned to the manufacturer or distributor, shall cause such vessels, after being emptied, to be promptly cleansed and returned.
