Food allergies and medical dietary issues, students not required to purchase meal plan or dine at on-campus facilities. — After July 1, 2019, no public institution of higher education in this state shall require any student to purchase meal plans or to dine at on-campus facilities when a student has presented medical documentation of a food allergy or sensitivity, or a medical dietary issue, to the institution.
