Executive director to furnish services and equipment to commission; costs

This section shall take effect from and after October 1, 1993.
The executive director and his employees shall furnish to the commission such administrative and clerical services and such furnishings, equipment, supplies, stationery, books and all other things that the commission may deem necessary or desirable in carrying out its functions.
All costs of administration incurred by the executive director on behalf of the commission shall be paid out on claims from the State Treasury.
