No person may operate a youth camp in Mississippi without complying with all provisions of this chapter, and any rules, regulations and orders of the State Board of Health.
Any person operating a youth camp in Mississippi without a license shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day shall constitute a separate offense.
