That portion of Mississippi Highway 786 in Lowndes County beginning at U.S. Highway 45 and extending to the gate of the Columbus Air Force Base is designated and shall be known as the "George ‘Happy' Irby Parkway."
The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.
