Attorney's fees for issuance of general obligation bonds

Attorney's fees for the issuance of any general obligation bonds authorized by the provisions of this chapter shall not exceed for each issue the following schedule:

1. Up to and including one million dollars ($1,000,000.00), one per cent (1%).
2. Above one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) and up to and including two million dollars ($2,000,000.00), one half of one per cent (1/2 of 1%).
3. Above two million dollars ($2,000,000.00), one fourth of one per cent (1/4 of 1%).
