Sec. 14.

Such person shall execute and file with the clerk a bond to the parties having previously filed complaints, in a penalty at least double the aggregate of the sums alleged to be due in all such complaints previously filed: Provided, That upon good cause shown by affidavit, the court, or the judge thereof, may, by special order, upon application and like notice as below specified, fix the amount of the penalty at a less sum, and in no case less than 100 dollars, with such surety or sureties as shall be approved by the clerk, as hereinafter provided, conditioned, after a recital of the names of the complainants, and the amount of their claims, that the obligors will pay all moneys adjudged or decreed to be due upon such claims, by the court entertaining the same, or the appellate court, with all costs, and that the judgment or decree of either court may be entered against them for the payment of such moneys, with interest and costs, and that execution may issue against them therefor, in the forms now in use in the circuit courts of this state in personal actions.
