- Deed; Failure to Acknowledge; Proof of Handwriting Where Witnesses Are Unobtainable.
Sec. 15.
If all the subscribing witnesses to such deed shall also be dead or out of this state, the same may be proved before any court of record in this state, by proving the handwriting of the grantor, and of any subscribing witness thereto.
