Sec. 21.
Such trustees shall also pay over the principal sum to either party and children of the marriage, when ordered by the court, in such proportions, and at such times as the court shall direct, regard being had, in the disposition of the income, as well as of the principal sum, to the situation and circumstances of either party and their children; and the trustees shall give such bonds as the court shall require, for the faithful performance of their trust.
