Sec. 2068.
(1) Before any such license or certificate is revoked, as provided in sections 2064 and 2066 hereof, the commissioner shall notify the holder thereof in writing of the complaint against him, and require such person on a date named, not less than 15 days after service of said notice, to appear for a hearing before him at the insurance department, and such certificate shall not be revoked until after a full hearing or an opportunity therefor has been granted as herein provided; and no such revocation shall take effect until 10 days after such order has been made by the commissioner and the holder thereof notified in writing of such action.
(2) Any such order may be reviewed by the supreme court if the appeal for such review is taken within the 10 days immediately following the giving of the notice of the making of said order, and pending such appeal for review, such license or certificate of authority shall be deemed to be in full force and effect and until the final determination of such appeal, but in case the order of revocation by the commissioner is sustained the period of such revocation shall date from the time such appeal is determined.
