Sec. 261.
If a passenger on a train is killed or injured while on the platform of a car, or while in or on a baggage or freight car, in violation of the printed regulations of the company, posted up at the time in a conspicuous place inside its passenger cars then in the train, the company shall not be liable for the injury, if the injury occurs due to the person being improperly on the platform or within the baggage or freight car, or after having been notified by the conductor or any other person having charge of the train, that the person is not in the proper place if the company at the time furnished room and seats inside its passenger cars sufficient for the proper accommodation of its passengers.
