Sec. 21.
(1) Except as otherwise provided for in subsection (2), a person who violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $10,000.00.
(2) If the violator is an individual, the offense is punishable by a fine of not more than $10,000.00 or imprisonment for not more than 1 year, or both.
