Sec. 138.
Same; name. No such parent corporation shall assume a name already in use by any other corporation, lodge, or society incorporated under the laws of this or any other state of the United States and admitted to do business in this state, nor any name which is so similar to that adopted by any other such lodge, or society as to lead to confusion or deception: Provided, That local or other subordinate jurisdictions shall in all cases use the name of the parent corporation in addition to some suitable local designation.
