Sec. 9b.

(1) The holder of a track license shall work with the department of human services and with persons that provide point of sale device or automated teller machine services on the license holder's premises to prevent an individual's access to cash benefits from Michigan bridge cards through a point of sale device or withdrawal from an automated teller machine on the license holder's premises.

(2) As used in this section, "Michigan bridge card" means the card that is used to distribute cash benefits by the department of human services.
