Sec. 201e.
(1) In addition to the funds appropriated under section 201(2) for community college operations, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021 only, there is appropriated an amount not to exceed $12,696,000.00 from the state school aid fund for operational support payments. These funds are intended to be used for the same purposes as the funds appropriated under section 201(2) for community college operations.
(2) From the amount appropriated under subsection (1), each community college is allocated the following:
