Sec. 103.
(1) The portion of highway US-127 in Clinton County beginning at the intersection of highway US-127 and Wildcat Road and extending north to the intersection of highway US-127 and Livingston Road shall be known as the "PFC Ronald James Fitch Memorial Highway".
(2) The portion of highway M-50 in Eaton County beginning at the intersection of highway M-50 and highway I-69 and extending west to the intersection of highway M-50 and Courthouse Drive shall be known as the "Ensign Francis Flaherty Memorial Highway".
