    // EFFECTIVE UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30, 2021 PER CHAPTER 849 OF 2017 //

    Institutions of higher education may:

        (1)    Contract with the Collaborative;

        (2)    Assign to the Collaborative intellectual property and other resources to assist in research and development and activities; and

        (3)    Assign faculty and staff to the Collaborative.
