§102. Reinstatement following suspension

Any pilot whose license has been suspended shall, following the expiration of the period of his suspension, be entitled to the reinstatement of his license, provided he shall possess the qualifications required of pilots as of the time his suspension expires.   [PL 1969, c. 410, §1 (NEW).]
