§7059. Planning and land use regulation

Plantations are subject to chapter 187 regarding planning and land use powers and duties in the same manner as a town or city, except as otherwise provided in chapter 187. Any planning or land use ordinance related to buildings and equipment must comply with section 7060.   [PL 1989, c. 6 (AMD); PL 1989, c. 9, §2 (AMD); PL 1989, c. 104, Pt.
