§2105. Vehicle with no identification marks

A person commits a Class D crime if that person knowingly buys, sells, receives, disposes of, conceals or possesses a motor vehicle, semitrailer or trailer from which the manufacturer's serial number or other distinguishing number or mark has been removed or altered to conceal or misrepresent the identity of the vehicle.   [PL 1993, c. 683, Pt.
