§704. Coordination with labeling and packaging rules for marijuana and marijuana products for medical use

In adopting rules and regulating the labeling and packaging of adult use marijuana and adult use marijuana products under this subchapter, the department shall ensure that, when necessary and practicable, the regulation of the labeling and packaging of adult use marijuana and adult use marijuana products under this subchapter is consistent with the regulation of the labeling and packaging of marijuana and marijuana products for medical use under the Maine Medical Use of Marijuana Act.   [PL 2017, c. 409, Pt.
