§6311. Rules
The superintendent and the Commissioner of Health and Human Services may adopt rules in accordance with the Maine Administrative Procedure Act to carry out this chapter. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A. [PL 2013, c. 170, §3 (AMD).]
