§2434. Suits against foreign insurers

Any person having a claim against any foreign insurer may bring a trustee action or any other appropriate action therefor in the courts of this State. Service of process upon such an insurer must be made as provided in section 421.   [PL 1997, c. 457, §43 (AMD).]
