§2354. Interest of debt due

Interest of 6% per year on any support debt due or owing to the department under section 2301 may be collected by the commissioner.   [PL 1995, c. 694, Pt. B, §2 (NEW); PL 1995, c. 694, Pt. E, §2 (AFF).]
