§1603. Limitation on recovery from father

An alleged father's liability for past expenses incurred is limited to the 6 years preceding service of the notice under section 1605.   [PL 1995, c. 694, Pt. B, §2 (NEW); PL 1995, c. 694, Pt. E, §2 (AFF).]
