§5-643. Transitional provisions

1.  Proceedings on or after September 1, 2019.  This Part applies to guardianship and protective proceedings begun on or after September 1, 2019.

2.  Proceedings before September 1, 2019.  Subparts 1 and 3 and sections 5-641 and 5-642 apply to proceedings begun before September 1, 2019, regardless of whether a guardianship or protective order has been issued.
