§1755. Administrative supervision fee as nonmandatory requirement of administrative release

If a court imposes a suspended sentence with administrative release pursuant to section 1853 and attaches requirements for the term of the administrative release, the court-imposed requirements of administrative release may include an administrative supervision fee, as governed by section 1854, subsection 2, paragraph A.   [PL 2019, c. 113, Pt.
