§6859. Unmarked lobster shipping container

A person who ships, offers to ship or accepts for shipment any lobsters or their parts in any container that is not clearly marked to indicate that it contains lobsters commits a civil violation for which a forfeiture of not less than $100 and not more than $500 may be adjudged.   [PL 1999, c. 771, Pt.
