§2627. Advertising packages for sale
Whenever a packaged commodity is advertised in any manner with the retail price stated, there shall be closely and conspicuously associated with the retail price a declaration of quantity as is required by law or regulation to appear on the package. Where a dual declaration is required, only the declaration that sets forth the quantity in terms of the smaller unit of weight or measure need appear in the advertisement. Whenever a package commodity or consumer commodity, as defined in Title 7, section 523, subsection 3, is advertised for retail sale, there must be a declaration of the price of the item either on each individual item, on the shelf where the item is located or on a placard or sign immediately adjacent to the item.
