RS 931 - Certification of small entrepreneurships

The secretary of the Department of Economic Development shall certify businesses as small entrepreneurships for purposes of the Louisiana Initiative for Small Entrepreneurships (the Hudson Initiative) as provided in R.S. 39:2006.
