RS 919.2 - Transfer; Clinical Laboratory Personnel Committee to the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners
The Clinical Laboratory Personnel Committee to the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners shall be placed within the Louisiana Department of Health as provided in this Part, except that it may conduct examinations and may appoint and employ such personnel as required or authorized, as provided by R.S. 37:1315.
