RS 488 - Contracts
Anything in this Part to the contrary notwithstanding, any construction undertaken, or materials purchased pursuant to the authority granted in this Chapter shall be in accordance with the provisions of Part II of Chapter 10 of Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.
