RS 162 - Eligibility for the program
Any elderly person, sixty years of age or older, shall be eligible to participate in the health screening and maintenance program; provided that the individual would be eligible under Title XX of the Social Security Act or whose gross income is less than eighty percentum of the median per capita income in the state of Louisiana.
