RS 1 - Definitions
As used in this Title, the following definitions shall apply:
(1) "Department" means the Department of Children and Family Services or the Louisiana Department of Health.
(2) "Secretary" means the secretary of the Department of Children and Family Services or the Louisiana Department of Health.
(3) "Parish or district office" means parish or district office of the Department of Children and Family Services or the Louisiana Department of Health.
(4) "Parish director" means the director of the parish or district office.
(5) "Recipient" means the person who has received assistance under this Title.
(6) "Assistance" means money payments under this Title.
