76-1929. Same; discharge of violating members; notice and hearing.
The director of the Kansas commission on veterans affairs office may discharge any member who violates such rules and regulations, except that no member shall be discharged without notice to such member and a right to be heard concerning such charges in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.
