72-3220. Citation of act.
(a) K.S.A. 72-3220 through 72-3224, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas challenge to secondary school pupils act.
(b) The provisions of this section shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 1993.
