66-1,163. Same; petition for reconsideration.
No cause of action arising out of any decision of the commission shall accrue to any party, unless such party shall have petitioned for reconsideration. In any subsequent action or proceeding in the supreme court, no party shall urge or rely upon any ground not set forth in the petition.
