65-6107. Conflict as to disposition of power, duty or function resolved by governor.
Whenever any conflict arises as to the disposition of any power, duty or function as a result of any abolishment or transfer made by this act, such conflict shall be resolved by the governor, and the decision of the governor shall be final.
