65-171w. Same; establishment of pollutant discharge cleanup fund.
There is hereby established in the state treasury a special fund designated the pollutant discharge cleanup fund for the use of the department of health and environment in paying for cleanup work undertaken in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 65-171v. The state treasurer shall maintain a balance in such fund not to exceed fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
