60-1707. Enumeration not exclusive.
The enumeration in K.S.A. 60-1704, 60-1705 and 60-1706 does not limit or restrict the exercise of the general powers conferred in K.S.A. 60-1701, in any proceeding where declaratory relief is sought, in which a judgment will terminate the controversy or remove an uncertainty.
