55-168. Same; insufficient funds; affect.
Whenever there are insufficient moneys in the well plugging assurance fund or the abandoned oil and gas well fund to pay the liabilities of such fund, such liabilities shall be and are hereby imposed on the conservation fee fund, provided such liabilities were incurred in accordance with the prioritization schedules established pursuant to subsection (b)(2) of K.S.A. 55-166, and amendments thereto, and subsection (b)(2) of K.S.A. 55-192, and amendments thereto.
