50-203. Violators not permitted to use facilities for transmission of news.
No person, firm, corporation or association that violates any of the provisions of this act shall be permitted by any telegraph or telephone company in the state of Kansas to use its wires or facilities for the transmission of news and news reports within the state of Kansas.
