48-3034. (KCMJ Art. 111) Drunken or reckless driving.
Any person subject to this code who operates any vehicle in a manner proscribed by K.S.A. 8-1567 and amendments thereto, in a reckless or wanton manner or while impaired by a substance described in K.S.A. 48-3035a shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
