47-1727. Injunctive relief to commissioner.
Notwithstanding the existence or pursuit of any other remedy, when it appears to the commissioner that any person is violating any provisions of the Kansas pet animal act, the commissioner may bring an action in a court of competent jurisdiction or other process against such person to enjoin, restrain or prevent such person from continuing operation in violation of the Kansas pet animal act without regard to whether administrative proceedings have been or may be instituted or whether criminal proceedings may be or have been instituted.
