44-579. Same; copies of accident reports to secretary of administration.
From and after July 1, 1974, whenever any report is required to be made to the workmen's compensation director by any state agency as an employer pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 44-557, or any amendments thereto, such state agency shall make such report to the workmen's compensation director and shall send a copy thereof to the secretary of administration.
