40-4,201. Unclaimed life insurance benefits act; citation.
On and after July 1, 2019, the provisions of K.S.A. 2020 Supp. 40-4,201 through 40-4,203, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the unclaimed life insurance benefits act.
