40-3218. Contractual designation of persons to make recommended findings to commissioner.
The commissioner in carrying out his obligations under the provisions of this act may by agreement or by contract designate qualified persons to make recommendations concerning the findings and determinations required to be made by him. Recommendations received pursuant to this section may be rejected or accepted in full or in part by the commissioner.
