40-2306a. Other laws, retirement, annuity and pension plans not affected.
Nothing contained in this act shall be construed as repealing or amending any law except those specifically amended or repealed by this act, nor shall this act be construed as amending any retirement, annuity or pension plan provided under any other law of this state.
